		<description>These things are open to interpretation, but I think the Blink list tag cloud is accurate.  What I like about it is that it is descriptive, not prescriptive - it explains Web 2.0 as it is (or as the group perceives it to be), rather than as it should be.  I think our opinions have much more value in aggregate, since mistakes are often cancelled out.</description>
